We crunched in to find a nice mild barbecue flavor, sweet and hot, pretty good. The flavor got better and stronger after eating several chips, and it stayed around for a nice hot aftertaste. The texture was crunchy but not quite as crisp as Popchips, as these just didn't have the same "pop" upon biting in. A good try and nice flavor, definitely the best of the three Air Pops flavors (the others are original and sour cream and onion). But the texture difference left these a step behind the corresponding flavor from Popchips.

Aroma: Strong sweet barbecue smell, like a jar of barbecue sauce. Very nice.
